Therapeutic, Sensory & Wellbeing Support

Supporting relaxation, regulation, emotional wellbeing and enjoyment through therapeutic activities.

What Is Therapeutic & Wellbeing Support?

Therapeutic and sensory support focuses on emotional wellbeing, stress management, relaxation and enjoyment. We offer a range of activities and approaches tailored to individual preferences and sensory needs.

Support recognises that wellbeing is not just about treating problems, but about promoting positive experiences, pleasure, relationships and a good quality of life.

Creative & Expressive

Art, music, movement and other creative activities for expression, enjoyment and emotional processing.

Nature & Outdoor

Nature-based activities, outdoor time, and engagement with natural environments for wellbeing and connection.

Important: TishAbility does not provide therapy or clinical treatment. We support access to therapeutic, sensory and wellbeing settings led by appropriate professionals or providers, and help agreed recommendations become practical in everyday life.

We do not replace therapists, clinicians or specialist practitioners. Where therapeutic approaches or sensory recommendations have been made by professionals, our role is to help them be used consistently and respectfully in everyday routines, activities and community participation.
